The Legal Space of M (The Firm of Atty. Mark Emmannuel L. Abilo)(“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through our website.


This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal and/or sensitive personal information (collectively as “personal data”), in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

This Policy applies to personal information collected through our website, including when you: (a) browse or access our site; (b) send inquiries through our contact forms, web-chat pop-ups, and embedded third-party platforms/links; (c) subscribe to our newsletters or updates; (d) submit documents or other information to request legal services; (e) download available online content; or (f) otherwise communicate with us online.


This Policy does not cover information collected offline, except where the same information is also processed through our website systems.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

· Right to object to the processing of their personal information.
